Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely repackage your items in their original boxing.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier as noted on your label, ensuring the tracking information is scanned for real-time updates.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new fragrance within 5-7 business days.
